Junior Usher Board "Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all." - 2 Corinthians 12:4-6

As the first official to formally greet our newcomers and guests, an usher must be dedicated to serving the needs of others with diligence and love.

Members of the Jr. Usher Board Ministry Component must be able to show love and compassion to all that come through the door of Reid Temple.

Ushers that have the love of Christ in their hearts and present that love in service to God make our visitors and guest feel at ease. Ushers must be able to quickly recognize the needs of others and joyfully give assistance to meeting those needs. The psalmist declares, "For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness." - Psalm 84:1

The Jr. Usher Board Ministry Component is open to youth ages 7 and older.

Meetings are held the 1st Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
