Dr. Washington outlined a vision for Evangelism, Education, Economics, Empowerment and Expansion. Growth continued with four worship services filled to capacity. The need for a worship complex was presented and by God’s grace, the congregation held its first service in Glendale, Maryland, on December 2004.
