“Who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.” (Psalms 103:5)
The C.D.-M.D.C. conducts a rites of passage program that introduces young people to the fundamentals of Christian society and celebrates their transition to adulthood. Its ministers coordinate a structured program of Bible-based workshops, fellowship, and recreational activities that culminates in a sacred dedication ceremony. C.D.-M.D.C. instruction focuses on building Christian character, social grace, and self-esteem, with the goal of empowering our young to become Christ-filled, confident, and productive adults.
Children and young adults who demonstrate Christian belief, active church involvement, regular church attendance, and a personal desire to participate are welcome to join the C.D.-M.D.C. as Junior Allenites (ages 9-12), Sub-Debutantes and Sub-Masters (ages 13-15), or Debutantes and Masters (ages 16-22). Young people accepted into the program must attend ALL sessions and complete ALL community service projects.
